I'm Hayley Jepson and I was a hairdresser for 30 years. I have ADHD and I know firsthand the struggles that come with hairdressing - especially if you have ADHD. After burning out, and becoming disillusioned, I left the industry and retrained as a psychotherapist.

When I was asked to return to hairdressing, as a favour for a friend, something surprising happened that changed my path forever—I loved it. I wasn't stressed this time round. I wasn't burning out. Instead, I rediscovered my love for the job and the industry.

I realised that my unique combination of industry experience and psychology was helping me behind the chair. And I knew I could help other hairdressers avoid the problems I had struggled with for so long my first time round. 

So I created The Resilient Hairdresser to help hairdressers reduce stress and thrive behind the chair.

At the age of 48 I was diagnosed with ADHD. Finally everything made sense to me, this is what I had been struggling with all along. I always thought something was "wrong", but I just didn't know what.

I set about adding to my psychology knowledge by learning all I could about ADHD, firstly so I could help myself and then my clients.

And now I have created Find Your Power—to share what I've learned to empower you to work with your ADHD and feel in control of your life and business. There's a freedom and peace that comes with truly understanding and embracing your ADHD.

No worries! This course is designed for anyone who’s navigating the challenges of ADHD, diagnosed or not. Even if you just suspect that you have ADHD this course will be helpful.
